MISSION STATEMENT

Community Planning & Management, P.C. (CP&M) is a professional corporation formed to provide extensive planning and development experience to Cities, Villages, Townships, and Counties. CP&M deals principally with municipalities and provides the full range of planning and development advisory services to meet the needs of each client. Each planning project is specifically coordinated to combine our professional expertise with particular or innovative programs designed to meet the needs of the individual community.

Community Planning & Management services a wide variety of communities throughout southeast Michigan and provides each client with a qualified planner who assumes total responsibility for planning proposals for each community and its projects. This ongoing relationship focuses on the individual community's needs in new development issues, as well as examines alternative solutions to solving today's problems. Our professional services include master planning, environmental planning, feasibility studies, research studies, conceptual planning, design and development regulations and standards, with careful integration of environmental, physical, social and economic concerns. Based on this commitment, CP&M seeks to provide complete planning recommendations based on research or findings of fact, sound planning principles and policies.
